At Tech, we are focused on engaging staff who represent a rich tapestry of backgrounds, perspectives, interests, and talents, and celebrating diversity in all its forms.
In 2015, the Culture, Diversity, and Inclusion team from the Office of Human Resources joined Institute Diversity to form the core of the Staff Diversity, Inclusion, and Engagement team in order to elevate and strategically expand staff diversity and inclusion initiatives at Georgia Tech. This team continues to foster and author an innovative diversity and inclusion guided narrative that translates strategy into results.
