All Georgia Tech campus leaders are invited to participate in individual or group culture, diversity, equity and inclusion, or leadership coaching sessions, which will be offered July – September 2020.
Registration for available sessions is as follows:
Individual Coaching Sessions
First, to understand how to fully leverage individual coaching, please plan to attend one of two group coaching orientations on July 14 by registering below.
Individual coaching sessions will be facilitated by Pearl Alexander, executive director of Staff Diversity, Inclusion, and Engagement and/or Cheryl Cofield, director of Inclusion and Engagement.
- Individual coaching sessions are available in 30-and-45-minute increments, on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- Given high demand, only one individual coaching session is allowed per person, and canceled individual coaching sessions cannot be rescheduled.

Group Coaching Sessions
Campus leaders can register for any one or all of the below group coaching sessions. Group sessions will be facilitated by Pearl Alexander and Cheryl Cofield on the following days:
