"The Power of Coaching to Transform Leaders"
Ongoing

Coaching services are specifically designed to support improved personal power, the ability to connect with others on deep levels, and to be with “otherness.” In a safe, confidential, and thoughtful space for “noticing self,”™ the coach skillfully uses powerful questions or short exercises to facilitate deep self-reflection. Participants will tap into their “innate brilliance” and generate personal insights. As desired, each insight is followed by a request for action to subsequently support a sustained focus and transformative shift in behavior and practice.
